PENDING!!!

Well, we have come to terms on our offer and we are signing the official contract offer on our house! Once it officially goes to pending, it will be taken off the website so I posted the pictures on here! It is a 3 bedroom/2 bath house. It has a family room, dining room, kitchen, mud room, living room, mater bedroom has it's OWN FULL BATH!!! YEAH!!! There is a 1 car attached garage and a 1 car detached garage off the alley with a covered porch connecting it to the house. The yard is fenced in so the kids can go out and play! YEAH! It is only 1 1/2 blocks from my school and across town for Shawn. We are set to close on July 25th and hopefully everything will go as planned and we will be moving on the 26th! :D Now, it's on to finding daycare and then I will be able to focus on my new job and start thinking about 2nd grade! YEAH! SO EXCITED (if you couldn't tell by the 45 million exclamation marks in this post)!!!
