Well, we have official found a house! We fell in LOVE with one in Wellington tonight and our realtor is writing up an offer as we speak! YEAH! I'm so excited and I hope everything works out with this one! Here is the link to it!

We love this house! It is everything we wanted (except for a basement) but it is perfect and in move in condition. These pictures do not even do the house justice, but they are just a taste! :D
Hopefully we will get the offer in tomorrow and get the ball rolling on it! It has only been on the market for 2 days and when we pulled up to the house, Hunter said "Hunter's house!" I am serious! It is that perfect! I hope to update tomorrow with more info!
